For aluminium window and door fabricators
Quotes your customers can read, accept and pay for — from a phone
CockatooMind turns an opening list into a priced, drawn, customer-ready quote: pricing from your own rates, elevations and a 3D view from real extrusion data, a PDF for the file and a link that opens on any phone.
14-day free trial · no card needed · your workspace is ready in about a minute.
How a quote happens
-
List the openings
Type, width, height, quantity, glass and colour for each window and door — on a laptop in the office or a phone on site. Photos and a hand sketch go on the same row.
-
It is priced and drawn for you
The server prices every line from the rates you set once, and draws each opening — sliders, awnings, stackers, bifolds, composites — so what the customer sees is what you would fabricate.
-
Send one link
The customer opens it on any phone with no login, reads the quote and the drawings, and accepts online. You see when it was opened, and the acceptance goes straight onto the job.
What you get
-
Priced by the server, from your rates
Margin mode or cost-of-production mode. Glass, colour, flyscreens and extras follow rules you set once, so every quote from every salesperson lands on the same numbers.
-
Drawings your customer understands
Elevations and a 3D view generated from real extrusion data for every opening, with opening directions, flyscreens and grids drawn where they are priced.
-
One link: read, ask, accept
A PDF for the file and a public link for the customer. Versions stay on the same link, so a revised quote never means a lost one.
-
From acceptance to installation
An accepted quote becomes a project: measure, manufacture, delivery and install dates, a customer portal for the files, and a schedule the factory can read.
-
Your workspace, your address
Every workspace lives at its own permanent address — cockatoomind.com/yourname — with its own team, settings and data, and a complete export you can take with you at any time.
-
Built for the office and the site
The web workspace works on a laptop or a phone. A companion Android app for measuring, photographing and sketching on site is on its way; it reads the same quotes.
Made in a fabrication business, not a software one
CockatooMind is the quoting system a Sydney aluminium window and door fabricator built for its own desk and its own installers, then opened up to the trade. Every rule in it — minimum billable areas, how an XOX divides, what a flyscreen costs on an awning — came from a real quote that went wrong first.
Questions fabricators ask first
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is a complete workspace with no card on file. Pick a plan when it ends, or let it lapse — nothing is charged.
Whose rates does it price with?
Yours. The workspace starts with placeholder rates that are clearly marked as such; you enter your own square-metre rates, glass and colour surcharges and extras, and every quote from then on uses them. Nothing about your pricing is visible to any other workspace.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. A full export — every quote, photo, drawing and setting — is one click in your console, at any time, on every plan.
How long does setting up take?
About ten minutes, once: company details, pricing basics, glass and colour, your team, your first quote. The getting-started guide walks through it.
